Question: What is the significance of this black door, marked so elegantly with the number 10? Here’s a hint: I was in London yesterday and so happened to have an invite to Downing Street. Anyone get it yet? …Hehe, I know all of Political Science junkies would, but sadly, theres not enough of them reading my blog. So okay, Answer: “Number 10 Downing Street is the residence and office of the First Lord of the Treasury and Prime Minister of the United Kingdom.” (Thanks Wikipedia!). But yeah, I was actually in PM Gordon Brown’s house… fairly exciting for a Political Science student yanno Sadly, the PM was due back to his residence when I entered, so I was only in there for 15 minutes or so. SHEEESH, I’m the Queen of procrastination right now. First, I woke up at 2 freaking PM today. Then I decided to do everything (even Febreeze my room twice) but start my assignment on Environmental Policy in the UK. Boooo on me! But this is what I did do:
