So i’m finally here!
The flight was really long and brutally uncomfortable. I didn’t get any sleep at all (and besides an hour nap, been up for 30+ hours) so yeah, my system is all effed up and i’ve been having non-stop dizziness ever since. Hopefully i’ll feel much better tomorrow though. Today we [we, posc students] just walked around the town (we’re in England) and so forth. It’s pretty boring here.. There’s only a few pubs, a tesco, staples etc.
Anyway, I went to Tesco today (which is kinda like wal-mart) and bought a few things… It was super weird though, def. not the same foods as in Canada!
I haven’t talked to the bf since 9:30PM last night (it’s 11:04PM here now) and it’s been bugging me. The 3.5 hour time difference plus his work and my classes/daily trips/etc has been getting in the way. To be brutally honest, I miss home already. Although I know everyone here (most of my class mates & friends came), I miss my home, I miss my cat and most importantly, I miss my boyfriend.
I hope it gets better, I really do.
