I’m super pissed.
For Christmas, my boyfriend is buying me a Bench jacket. I found one that I liked on Republic.co.uk and decided to get that one. First, I was going to buy it at a Bench store in London, since today was my last day in London. But sadly, they didn’t have the coat in stock at the stores. So then, I decided to put my bf’s money that he gave me on my credit card and order it online. The online store said it was approved and should arrive on Thursday (tomorrow). However, after coming back from London an hour ago, I had an email in my inbox by Republic. Apparently, the coat is out of stock and they will have to refund my money to my credit card, which takes 5 business days. FUCK ME NOW.
So I guess I won’t be getting the coat after all. Or probably anything from Europe for xmas since i’m leaving rather soon and God only knows when my money will be refunded on my visa (since those things always take time). I mean, couldn’t it have just indicated “out of stock” on the website, like most other online stores do? Ugh, i’m so irritated right now. And I know it’s only a coat, but I guess with assignments/exams/papers/etc. piling on top of me, it just makes me more cranky.
I think i’m going to take a nap before I hit the books. I need to de-stress for an hour or something. BTW, is anyone looking for flash memory for Christmas? Well if you are, you know where to start looking
(Maybe you’ll have more luck shopping online than what I’m experiencing now!).
